Yanceyville Town Council re-adopted in full the Town of Yanceyville Zoning Ordinance and Zoning Map on May 7th, 2019. Please refer to this Zoning Ordinance and Zoning Map to address any questions or concerns about Zoning.
The Business Information Form is needed for all businesses operating within the Town of Yanceyville. There is no fee to the submit of the form, and there is no business permit required, or issued, by the Town. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact Town staff at (336) 694-5431.
Sign Permit Application
The Town of Yanceyville requires all business owners who install a sign to first complete for approval a Sign Permit Application. The Sign Permit Application has a $25.00 fee associated with review of the application. Failure to submit a complete application and obtain approval from the Town Manager could result in Ordinance violations and civil penalties.

Town of Yanceyville does not require businesses to acquire a Privilege License; however, the Town does require that persons wishing to open or conduct business in Yanceyville to fill out a Business Information Form. This form can be downloaded from the link above or picked up at Town Hall during normal business hours.
